Terms of sale

By accessing or using our website(s), or by ordering any product from us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not use our website(s) or place orders for any products.

To use our website you must be 18 years of age. You may not order wine, or have wine delivered to anyone, if you or that person are under 18 years of age at the time of ordering. You must confirm your agreement with this explicitly at the time of ordering.

Stock availability

We endeavour to maintain published accurate records of stock at all times. If you order a product and the product is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund of the cost of the product ordered. Refunds will be processed through your provided payment method.

Delivery pre-conditions

Top Drop Wine Company No. 2 Pty Ltd supports the responsible service of alcohol. If you look under the age of 25, you will be asked to present valid photo identification by our delivery courier. If the ID requirement is not met, a card will be left and the parcel taken to the Post Office for collection.

Returns and refund policy

We respect our customers rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We also accept that in rare situations, a product can be faulty, damaged or wrongly described. If you have received damaged items please take a photo and get in contact with us. We will do our best to replace the damaged goods otherwise a refund can be issued.  All returns and exchanges are handled via email at info@palmbeachwineco.com.

New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.

Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
